About Taylor

Hello! My name is Taylor Malina, and I am from Skokie, IL, one of the northern Chicago suburbs. I am a sophomore planning to major in Psychology and minor in Spanish and education. I am passionate about mental health and I eventually want to pursue a career that promotes wellness and flourishing using culturally sensitive positive psychology.

On campus, I am the Social Chair for American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), a Peer Mentor for the IntroSems+ research program, and a part of Stanford Mental Health Outreach (SMHO). I have also really enjoyed my time in the arts community at Stanford and am currently stage managing for a production of Waiting for Godot. I hope to continue trying different art forms during the next couple of years, including dance and spoken word poetry.

In my free time, I love hiking, camping, and exploring what the world has to offer while taking pictures along the way and expressing how I see the world in the form of photography. I also love music, so I hope to share my playlists and find new music from my LSP friends :)
